Surprising service got us through

The hotel had a welcoming vibe and the staff made us feel at home right from our arrival. Breakfast options were diverse enough to cater to various tastes, and the on-site supermarket proved to be a lifesaver for quick snacks. We appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance throughout our stay.

The queues at the restaurant during peak hours were quite frustrating. The internet was sometimes slow and unreliable, making it challenging to plan our outings. the room we had was not as spacious as expected, which slightly dampened our comfort.

the hotel was a disaster. the food was so average, i thought they were pulling my leg. and to top it off, i expected a double bed but got two singles. such a classic mix-up for a four-star! they could’ve at least given me a complimentary upgrade after all the chaos. just couldn’t see myself recommending this place!

The dining options at the hotel leave much to be desired, especially during breakfast, as the variety feels repetitive and unappealing. It can get noisy due to the young guests running around in the corridors at odd hours, which might disrupt a peaceful stay. the constant queues at meal times can be frustrating, particularly when seating is limited.

I just came back from a 7-night stay at Ivana Palace, and I've got a lot to share. The room was decent, with clean towels daily and a comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked great, which was a blessing in the hot weather. The breakfast had a pretty standard selection—egg dishes, yogurt, and fruit, but the bacon needs serious improvement. it was atrocious. I did appreciate the effort from housekeeping. they kept everything tidy. The bar staff were on point, mixing excellent cocktails during happy hour, but the indoor bar felt uninspiring. The pool area looked clean, although I'd often noticed a shortage of sunbeds. Some broken sunbeds were around, too, making it tricky to find a good spot for relaxation. Plus, the loud music at the pool bar could be a bit much. The reception staff were friendly, and we found the check-in process was really quick. the restaurant staff could smile more often. it seemed they were just doing their job without much warmth. We had a particularly frustrating experience when the dinner options didn’t meet expectations, often feeling basic and lacking variety. There are better local dining options nearby, so we chose to eat out a few times instead. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, but the pool area might require a bit more security. it felt quite open to anyone walking by.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was super comfy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch for quick bites, and breakfast had plenty of good options. Just wish the shower was a bit easier to get into. it was a nice getaway with the family.

Families will find comfort here

I absolutely loved the swimming pool, it was outstanding, felt like a real escape. Plus, the bar staff were just so welcoming, always ready with a fresh cocktail even if you just wanted to chat.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but you get what you pay for.
